I was born and raised in Melbourne, Australia and my passion for landscape photography began while studying film & Television. Before photography became a part of my life, I spent much of my adolescent years fascinated by architecture. There was something about the way buildings were designed that sparked my curiosity and imagination. While architecture had long been an interest, after experiencing work-experience in an architecture firm, it didn’t feel like the right fit and I found myself unsure of what career path I wanted to pursue. It wasn’t until I discovered a film & television course that things began to fall into place. The creative nature of the industry immediately appealed to me and for the first time I felt like I had found a direction worth following.

What started as an interest in wanting to work in Broadcast Television, would eventually lead me to photography, opening the door to a passion that continues to shape my life and career today. Through my work on various productions during my studies, I developed a fascination with discovering unique locations and capturing the beauty of nature across Victoria. That passion grew even stronger after purchasing my first camera as I set out to photograph the landscapes that inspire me. With no formal background in nature photography, much of what I know today has been self-taught through years of exploration, practice and dedication. As my skills developed, I expanded my knowledge through photographic tours and workshops, allowing me to refine my craft and deepen my connection with the landscapes I photograph. Alongside my passion for landscape photography, I successfully found a career as a professional real estate photographer. During this time, I also worked as a freelancer within the broadcast television industry as a rigger, working on events such as the AFL, Spring carnival, Ninja warrior and more. A back injury eventually led me to step away from my work in television and re-evaluate my career path. Rather than seeing it as a set back, I refocused my energy on strengthening my skills in real estate photography and ultimately pursuing my true passion in landscape photography. The opportunity to combine technical expertise within the real estate photography world has been incredibly rewarding and it has complemented my journey as a landscape photographer. Over the years, I have been honoured to receive recognition and awards for my photography, which has been both humbling and motivating as I continue to develop my craft. Being able to share and sell my landscape prints is something I once dreamed of and now consider to be a true privilege. Through my photography, I aim to showcase the beauty, atmosphere and emotion found within the natural world. Whether it be dramatic coastlines, a mountain vista, a rare moment of epic sunrises/sunsets, my goal is to create images that inspire a sense of connection and appreciation for the places we all share. I hope my photographs resonate with you and allow you to experience the same wonder and inspiration that I felt when capturing them.
