Flying the drone across Victoria’s largest salt lake in the summer months on a clear blue sky, I came across such wonderful textures that just remind me of stone bench patterns like you would include in your home kitchen. I call this one Marble for that very reason. The drone was pushed through its paces as I was over 3km in distance from where I took it off from and the connection was struggling as I dropped the height of the drone almost to the ground. There was too much interference between the drone and the controller being so low and so far, but luckily I was able to capture this amazing shot.
