Taken on the same trip as my image ‘Dawn of Paradise’, this image was captured on the 3rd sunrise I was there. Unlike the other image, the sun did not break through the clouds, but was still blessed with beautiful cloud formations and colour! I love the cool mood this image gives off an represents the beautiful coastline of the Gold Coast and how not everyday can be beautiful sunshine. Taken on the north end of surfers looking back at the incredible Peppers Soul & Q1 buildings, this is a 5 shot panorama taken with my drone at about 75m above sea level.
