Please note that the printing process is handled with the upmost care by professionals who do their best to ensure the final product is of the highest quality. The prints are carefully inspected to ensure there are no imperfections, but in the rare case where minor imperfections appears, they are most likely to be small dust particles infused on the print and are only visible within mm of viewing the artwork; Meaning these are invisible at normal viewing distances. Unfortunately we cannot remake prints due to these minor imperfections.

When cleaning your artwork, it is recommended to clean the print from dust with material that will not scratch or damage the surface. Use a soft lint free cloth (such as cotton or microfibre) and gently dust it. Avoid applying pressure and do not rub it. A great tool to use to remove dust is a rubber air blower. Never use any chemicals on your artwork.

Product Care

All Prints are packaged and shipped with extra care and are fully insured among the entire process. In the unlikely event that the package is damaged on arrival, a replacement will be given at no extra cost.

If a product is damaged on arrival, a picture is to be taken of the damaged product and emailed for a replacement to be processed.

If you damage the product or there is a change of mind on any product, unfortunately no refund or replacement will be given, so please be careful when handling and selecting a print you purchase.
