On a trip to Lake Tyrrell in the north west regions of Victoria, It was a always a dream to head to this location and photograph it. After doing extensive research on the region I found this bus which seemed to be a popular location for astrophotography. The bus looked so amazing and I knew I needed to capture an image here. Visiting in the summer months, I knew the core of the galaxy is not visible and so I decided to go for star trails. I took over 200 images to create the effect, but what I was not expecting was how the circle began above the bus. I also spent some time with my head torch lighting up the bus to add some colour and brightness and everything just worked so perfectly, I could not have asked for anything better.
