I spent roughly 2 hours driving back and forth from this location and Phillip Island as the weather and tides were so unpredictable that day. Looking back at this location in San Remo a second time had me sold on it. The way the waves were crashing on the rocks had me excited and motivated to forget about Phillip Island and commit to shooting this sporadic scenery. I ended up jumping across the water onto a rock to find this composition and I highly do not recommend or encourage anyone to take the risk I did as the tide was increasing and could become dangerous at any moment. I was committed to shoot through sunset and as I did, more and more waves would crash upon the rocks and it presented such an amazing aspect of the scene and I could not be more proud of this capture.
