One of the first things I learnt about photographing the northern lights is that when you think the lights are done showing up, think again. That night the lights stayed for longer than 2 hours putting on an incredible show from all directions. This is by far my favourite northern lights shots as the way the lights look like its falling into the earth is just so incredible.
